Wes Paterson has delivered 'practical' self-defence course instruction to
hundreds of individuals over the past 5 years. Wes has over 25 years of Martial
Arts experience, and 9 years exclusively focused in the Combative Arts - (Tae
Kwon Do, Wrestling, Kick-boxing, Muai Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Modern Arnis,
Aikido, Ninjutsu – Budo Taijutsu, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and the Filipino Martial Arts).
He holds the rank of Nidan in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, and has delivered training
utilizing principles from various systems that have been 'field tested' in combative

Self Defence can be facilitated to individuals of any age, gender, race, or culture.
Self Defence training instils confidence, and our classes teach participants to

strategies, striking, escapes, interceptions, destructions, joint manipulation,
pressure point control tactics, weapons awareness, along with strategies to
improve overall awareness and sensory acuity.

Practical Kinesiology is a wholistic program that uses the physical body’s innate
wisdom as a guide for creating health AND happiness.
Unlike our traditional western modalities, we start with the physical body
structure. In the class, we show you how the body operates as a system to find
the root cause, rather than chasing symptoms.
Our previous students have helped folks manage things like: Digestive disorders,
Back pain, Autoimmune disorders, Insomnia, Fatigue, Headaches or migraines,
